A Tale of Little Red Riding Hood

Deep in the forest, lived a little girl named Red. She was known for her long, bright red cloakwhich flowed behind her like fire and her kind smile. One sunny day, Grandma asked Red to bring her a basket of goodies.

Red was happy to help, and off she went, skipping down the path.

She hummed a happy tune as she went, admiring the bright birds. Along the way, she met a wily wolf who tried to trickdivert her from her destination.

Red listened carefully.

She felt something was amiss and continued on her route to Grandma's house.

Once upon a time, it was told, a family of piglets. They wanted to build their own lodgings so they could go out and explore. The first pig made a home out of hay, the second pig made his house from twigs, and the third pig was clever to build a strong house out of stone.

The wicked wolfie came along and saw the pigs' houses. He wanted to eat them! First, he came up to the first pig's shelter of hay and said, "Let me in!". The little pig said no but the wolf just blew his breath and the shelter blew to pieces. The first pig ran towards the second pig's home of twigs. The wolf followed after him. He knocked on the door and said, "Let me in!". The two pigs told him to go away but the wolf just huff his breath and the house blew away. The two pigs ran over to the third pig's dwelling of bricks.

The wolf, who was getting tiring, hit on the door and said, "Let me in!". The third pig told him to go away but the wolf just whooshed his breath and nothing happened! The house did not move.

The wolf, disappointed, gave up the chimney. But the third pig had prepared for that and was waiting with a big pot of boiling water! The wolf slid into the hot water and howled until he learned his lesson.

The three little pigs were happy and lived for many years to come.
